Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Los Angeles

I am seeking companion care for my mother who is experiencing early stage dementia and is moving to Los Angeles on April 1st. Medication management is required - ensuring she takes correct daily medications. I would like someone who can motivate her to stay active every day, and I would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We ask that you handle occasional doctor visits that will require transportation.. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, and very comfortable with pets- we have 3 dogs and 4 cats. Also prefer someone who has upbeat personality and is CPR / first-aid trained.
