Hands-on Caretaker Needed For My Elderly Mother In Los Angeles

We are looking for a caregiver for my mother in her 80s, who has diabetes, kidney disease, and dementia. She is living with my sister in the West Hollywood area and we need someone to assist 4 days a week (to start), 8 hrs a day. Duties include cooking healthy meals, medication management, accompanying her to and from dialysis, physical activity, companionship, light housekeeping. The position requires a combination of all these duties and experience with the elderly is required. Looking for someone with a proactive, energetic, upbeat attitude to help lift my mom's spirits. Driving is preferred and candidate must be able to commute to West Hollywood area (near The Grove).
