House Sitting - Dog Sitting - Grandma Sitting

I'm going on vacation in September for 3 weeks (the exact dates are yet to be decided/flexible). I need someone to stay in my comfortable home in Westchester (1. 5 miles from the beach, near LAX) with my mom and my dog. My 75lbs. Bernadoodle will want more attention than my 83-year-old mother, who has her own quarters in my house. My mom only needs simple meal prep, reminders to take her vitamins, and occasionally help with electronics, such as streaming services. My very cuddly dog will need daily walks (in our lovely walkable neighborhood). There are also two cats in my mother's quarters. But she takes care of them.
