House Sitting - Dog Sitting - Grandma Sitting

I'm going on vacation in September for 3 weeks (the exact dates are yet to be decided/flexible). I need someone to stay in my approx. 3, 000 sq ft, comfortable home in Westchester (1. 5 miles from the beach) with my mom and my dog. My 75lbs. Bernedoodle will want more attention than my 83-year-old mother, who has her own quarters in my house. My mom only needs premade meals warmed, reminders to take her vitamins, and occasionally help with electronics, such as streaming services. My very cuddly dog will need daily walks (in our lovely walkable neighborhood) and to be fed twice a day. There are also two cats in my mother's quarters. But she takes care of them. This is a perfect setup for one or two people who work remotely. We have a two-person office in the backyard, separate from the house.
