Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Los Angeles

About who needs care: I'm having knee replacement surgery on January 30th and will need help for a few weeks. Mostly during the day and late afternoon. I will need help getting to physical therapy and help around the house. We have an older dog who I will need help to care for. I will need help with healthy meals. Possibly help with errands. Possibly help with icing and exercising my knee. About the care needs: Must be okay with a dog and possibly help cleaning up after an old dog. Someone who can prepare healthy meals would be helpful. Someone who doesn't mind some light housework, laundry, etc. Just basic tidying up that I can't do. Someone who can drive me to physical therapy and doctors appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
