Live-in Home Care Needed For My Loved One In Los Angeles

About who needs care: My friend is 97 years old. Very sharp but with a mild dysarthria following a stroke 6 months ago. She amblates with a walker but is a fall risk and needs mild assistance in sitting and standing. She also needs help with meals. She presently has 24/7 care through an outside agency but her savings are limited and she will exhaust these soon. HEr income will not quaify her for Medical or IHSS at this time. It is just over the poverty limit. Thank you. About the care needs: My friend is a very sharp 97-year-old. She is Russian but speaks fluent English and Spanish (as well as Russian). She is of the Eastern Orthodox faith and is very religious. She has lived in the same apartment for 50 years and does not want to go to assisted living. She has a bed in her living room that her current caretaker stays in. I am also her Power of Attorney. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
