Caregiver Needed For 93-Year-Old Woman With Dementia

We are looking for a compassionate and patient caregiver to provide companionship and care for my 93-year-old great-grandma, who is in the early stages of dementia. She has been experiencing nighttime hallucinations that frighten her, causing her to leave the house out of fear. We need someone to stay with her during the day while my mom is at work to ensure her safety and provide emotional support. Requirements: - Experience caring for individuals with dementia is highly preferred. - Patience, empathy, and a caring nature are a must. - Ability to handle occasional challenging situations calmly and compassionately. - Reliable and trustworthy. - Ability to speak Spanish preferred, as my great grandma speaks both English and Spanish
