Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Los Angeles

About who needs care: He's a very frail and 6 ft man that's suffering from Alzheimer's. He can walk and talk but just recently has started with incontinence issues. He's has a friendly disposition and currently can eat on his own. A normal day for him would be eating his breakfast, an afternoon snack and dinner. He usually rests and naps during the day after each meal and is asleep by 7:30 p.m. or so. About the care needs: The most important skills needed maybe at some point to help bathe, shave and cut hair and nails whenever needed. And a helper to me for light to medium housework and a hand in kitchen to help with cooking from time to time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
