I'm looking for companion care for my loved one in their 70s. The patient has type 2 diabetes and schizophrenia. Medication management is required. Responsibilities include companionship, feeding, lifting to and from bed/chair/wheelchair, checking sugar levels, administering insulin, and more. Must be a kindhearted person, reliable, trustworthy & flexible. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Should be comfortable with easing anxiety, shopping at stores, and helping in stressful situations.
