About the care needs: I need help cooking or mobility I have a walker I have trouble thinking sometimes so I miss out on my medication just all around I take insulin I've been in a coma before November because I miss my medication I tried to catch up with it you know and I messed myself around but I really need some help with this cuz I'm out on I'm out of my own now by myself Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
