Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Los Altos

About who needs care: My mom has Parkinsons but still has decent mobility. She has mild cognitive impairment. We are looking for someone to help with household chores, laundry, some meals, help her with gardening, possibly and driving her to appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
