Client only speaks Spanish. Client lives alone and is alert and oriented. Client uses a cane and walker. Client had medical history of anxiety, early dementia, high blood pressure, diabetes (insulin dependent), arthritis, osteoporosis, dizziness, anemia, and thyroid disease. Client will require full assistance with all ADLs, dressing, bathing, toileting, and hygiene. Client uses shower chair. Client wear adult diapers, and will need to be changed. Client is prone to falls, and has a help light button on her kitchen island. Light housekeeping includes dishes, laundry, and taking trash out. Meal prep is cooking and heating and serving. Food must be cut into small pieces since sometimes client has a hard time chewing and swallowing. Medication reminders in the morning for client.
