Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

My wife and I are in search of a senior care provider for my father. We are looking for someone with experience of caring for an older adult with dementia. My father enjoys his independence, but is no longer meeting all of his care goals by himself, and now requires assistance with some weekly household tasks. Hours are very flexible! Most important is help with medication reminders and meals. Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
