Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Long Beach

I'm looking for for a bilingual (Spanish/English) companion care for my mother in her 90s who is a Memory Care facility. Looking for a caring, compassionate and patient companion who'd be willing to take her on walks, encourage her to attend activities and provide incontinence care when needed. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of dementia. Our mom is generally a sweet lady but has her bad days as expected. This companion MUST be willing to report any elder abuse witnessed towards any resident on the floor. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
