Senior Care Provider Needed For My Mom In 70's W ALS

I'm seeking a senior care provider for my mother, who has ALS. She is mobile but struggles with daily activities like getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, and using the bathroom. Social interaction is important to her, and she enjoys visiting the senior center. Responsibilities include: Medication prompting Light housekeeping Mobility assistance Bathing/dressing support Feeding assistance Heavy lifting when needed (she weighs 125lbs) Meal preparation Companionship Running occasional errands We are looking for someone kind, patient, and compassionate, with experience in senior care. A sense of humor and the ability to maintain a positive atmosphere would be a plus. Experience with ALS or similar conditions is preferred.
