Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Lompoc

About who needs care: Hello... I'm trying to get some help but first of all we need to know your rates per hr and how do we pay it? My husband fell on his back on Friday, 1-17 and he has been getting pretty painful since then. He went to the E R today, 1-20 and found out he has a lower spinal fracture and will be settling up an appt with the orthopedic surgeon and his primary dr on Tuesday, -21 to see what he wants to do. Our main issue is that if he has to have surgery I will be at home alone with no way to go anyplace as I don't and can't drive as I have seizures and I don't have a driver license and we don't have any friends or family to help us. My husband has a post office box and he checks it every day around 1:00 p.m. and we need help with cleaning and lately cooking. I have bad knees and I get injections every 3 months and I can't stand no longer than 10 or 15 minutes without having to sit down. I'm sorry for such a long message but I still have the need to just talk with a person either online or preferably in person. His hobbies are coin and stamp collecting and working his crossword puzzles every day and mine are mostly playing games on my phone and reading my mail and doing some shopping. About the care needs: Our personality are somebody that has a sense of humor, good time-line for running errands and getting to our dr appts (my husband hates being late for anything). We have a lot of cleaning both inside the home and getting some extensive clearing out our garage (we have bags and boxes that need to get out of there) -- that is one of our main concerns. I can't go anywhere by myself since I don't drive. I do have the seizures, osteoarthritis in my hips, back, neck, and knees. I'm able to get our grocery shopping online and do some other online things. I can't go anyplace by myself which is very frustrating. We both need to lose weight which is another issue. I love to cook but lately I can't do any of that - we use the microwave a lot (ha ha). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
