Transportation/Meal Prep 3x/week Plus Additional Times As Needed

Looking for a reliable caregiver to transport my mother home from dialysis in Livermore near Costco to her apartment. She uses a walker at home, but uses a transport wheelchair for her appointments. Once home, needs help heating dinner (I premake them) and staying until she finishes and gets changed into her pjs (she dresses herself) She's very low vision so may need help finding something here or there. Most pressing need for help: Dialysis M/W/F pickup time 5 p.m. Typically done with helping around 7 p.m. May need help getting to dialysis by 2 p.m. on some days and possible help in mornings/weekends for 1-2 hours as needed.
