Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lancaster

About who needs care: My mother is sharp cognitively with occasional dementia due to a stroke. She doesn't typically like to go out in the winter, unless it's an occasional doctor's appointment. She utilizes a walker for assistance; however, for occasional activities (not often) she will require the use of her wheelchair. Furthermore, she is low maintenance. About the care needs: I'm looking for the following characteristic traits in a caregiver: compassion, honest, kind, dependable, non-judgmental, and reliable. Also, someone who is responsible, care for others, and willing to engage in conversation. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
