Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lancaster

About who needs care: She is limited to her bed. She is working on restoring her mobility in her legs. She needs mainly someone around for her night time medicine routine and also just companionship. Sometimes she gets a little bored or lonely in the night. She has someone that attends in the day time and helps with light housework and food and typically bathing. About the care needs: The individual would need to have thick skin and not be too sensitive. My mother is a very nice lady and is not mean, but with her being in her current situation of lack of mobility she can have many requests. In all she is a good hearted and a wonderful lady, just is in a time of her life where she has to depend on others and that can be frustrating. They would need to be okay with giving insulin shots and helping with her medicine. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
