Part-Time Weekend Caregiver Needed For Mother

I am seeking care for my mother in law. She is 65 years old, and suffers from a physical disorder that is similar to Parkinson's disease. She has lost mobility and is not able to walk on her own or stand unassisted. I am looking for someone to help transfer her to and from her bed and recliner, help with bathing, eating, and going to the bathroom. She is able to stand with help, but she is not able to walk. The caregiver must be able to transfer her and support her weight during transfer. She is about 5'-4" 130 pounds. At night, she uses a urine collection system with a diaper, the caregiver may be asked to help empty or unhook her from the system before bathing. She speaks English and Korean. If possible, the caregiver will also be willing to prepare meals for her, but this is not required.
