About who needs care: Not bedridden, however, does use an electric wheelchair and walker. Is unable to stand or walk unassisted, but able to stand and walk with assistance, and can transfer on his own. Needs help getting out of bed in the am, showering and getting dressed for the day. Is very social and has no underlying medical problems. About the care needs: My father is very social and enjoys going outside to walk the dog. He is slow moving, however, is strong and always in good spirits. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
