Lives in assisted living community. Needs help when traveling to/from Dr appts on assisted living facility shuttle. Full mental capacity. About the care needs: able to speak clear english. good with following directions and able to push a wheelchair. pleasant/patient disposition. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
