Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In La Jolla

We need a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, bathing, dressing, toileting, Companionship, Transportation (not sure how much if any will be needed), Medications will be in a med minder. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Our Dad is sharp mentally, when not on his pain medication. He cannot stand without assistance, and would need help repositioning in the hospital bed. It is possible that the first few days after discharge we would need 24 hour care, for settling purposes.
