Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In La Jolla

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my wife of 81. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. She has dementia and uterine cancer and so assistance keeping her engaged, helping make lunch, and encouraging mobility would be helpful. We travel back and forth to La Jolla and stays here for 2-3 weeks at a time. We can be flexible on hours and days.
