About the job
About who needs care: She has progressive dementia. She needs help walking, using the bathroom, getting in and out of bed, getting dressed, and preparing meals. She also has a small dog that needs to be fed and let outside. She sits in a wheelchair and watches TV for most of the day and goes to bed around 7-8 p.m. We are looking for recurring availability from Fridays at 7 p.m. until Mondays at 7 a.m. About the care needs: Skills: memory care, able to physically help lift her in and out of bed and help her use the toilet. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
