Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Irvine

About who needs care: My grandpa is coming home from the hospital to go on Hospice. We do not know how long he has. His insurance covers help for 4 hours per day. A family member / neighbor will spend nights at his house. He had a hip replacement last Oct and has been in the hospital / rehab since then. He is not able to walk yet. We are looking for someone to be there and help him (meals, give him meds, change diapers, shower if possible and just be there incase he needs something as he is not mobile) About the care needs: We need someone that can adapt to my Grandpa. He is easy going sometimes however he knows what he likes when he likes it. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
