About the job
My beloved aunt, in her late 80s, lives in Hermosa Beach and needs help with the following: Morning routine: get dressed, check vitals, make the bed and have breakfast (for two, husband is also there.) After breakfast, check sugar levels and take all meds. Tidy up the kitchen, general domestic chores, food shopping, errands, maybe doctor appts. In the afternoon, shower, dress, meal prep for dinner. Her hearing is not good and even with her hearing aids, it's difficult for her to understand a thick accent. An English speaker or someone who's been in America for a while is best. Her house has an elevator and she uses a walker and she is active! She is a miracle. My wonderful aunt has a double PHD in linguistics & computer science and she has traveled the world for decades including multiple trips to Antarctica.
