About who needs care: Disabled due to constant dizziness. Pickup to drive to surgery in Danville on April 22nd at 6:00 a.m. Drive back home after surgery approximately 2:00 p.m. Come back the following day to pick up at 8:00 a.m. and drive patient to doctor's office in Danville to return at approximately 3:00 p.m. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and understanding and can deal with a medical crisis should one arise Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
