Looking for professional, dependable caregiver for 90-year-old woman with late-stage dementia. Requires compassionate support for cognitive and emotional needs. This includes not only support for activities of daily living, but a positive, detail-oriented person who can remain empathetic during the ups and downs of dementia. This includes the ability to engage her in mental and physical activities, e. g., simple jigsaw puzzles, sitting outside, appropriate conversation, etc. Overnight is fine, but this is not a live-in, it is hourly, approximately 10-12 hours a day. Experience with 1:1 dementia is a must. Must be vaccinated, non-smoker, no perfume.
