About who needs care: Donna is my sister. She is very attached to her home and cats. She loves her garden. She needs companionship and is in the middle stages of Alzheimers. She communicates very well but does have episodes regarding her daughter, whom she is paranoid about taking her home and making decisions without her. Unfortunately, Sandy, is only trying to do her best to help her mother. She lives close by as does some of her grandchildren. Donna enjoys her privacy, so would not appreciate anyone hovering over her. She needs someone who is familiar with working with her condition. About the care needs: Personable, speaks English, compassionate, has a sense of humor, caring. Working with Alzheimers patients Gardening and watching movies, cooking. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
