Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Grand Terrace

About who needs care: Father has been restricted to bed due to orthostatically unstable blood pressure, in the aftermath of a severe kidney infection of approximately 2 years ago. He has been slow to heal decubitis ulcers which resulted from a short stay in a SNF in Redlands. He is generally oriented as to time and place, unless he has a recurrent infection, at which time, he lapses into a state of being detatched from surroundings, and loses track of events and the flow of time. My daughters (2) were helping me with his care, however have moved from the residence, and it is currently just myself, along with the decreased time that my daughters can devote to assisting with his care. In home nursing service provides for some in home visits, and treatment of his condition, but the weekends are virtually myself only, 24 hours a day, and I am losing too much sleep in trying to cover from Friday aftrenoons to Monday mornings. About the care needs: His relationship with my late wife was stellar on all counts, and he reacts positively to females who are of a similar general appearance to her. She was AA ethnicity, and had an engaging manner in her interactions with him. Annie was a pleasant person, that had a firm side of her personality, which seemed to curb people's tendency to mansplain life away. Experience in the general aspects of in-home healthcare tasks would be preferable, of course, as my father is not ambulatory, so interacting and monitoring his status in bed is necessary, as well as serving him meals which I would prepare at home, or procure from local restaurants.
