Seeking Part-time Disabled Senior Care Provider

I need a senior care provider with experience to help my sister, who is disabled, be able to continue staying in her home. She currently lives there with her boyfriend (also has a head trauma and epilepsy). They are taken care of by a relative Monday through Thursday. I am seeking an experienced caregiver who is available Friday-Sunday from 11-4. Duties include: medication promoting, light housekeeping, strength to help with mobility assistance to/from bed, help staying partially active with given physical therapy exercises, meal preparation/ability to cook (for two people), and some companionship (conversation, playing cards, etc). Given that my sister's speech is a bit slurred, I would prefer someone who is fluent in English.
