Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Glendale

About who needs care: my father Tom has recent trach on temp vent needs occasional suctioning and breathing treatment thru nebulizer. He is bed bound after stroke. Looking for someone with skills to care for him on Sundays occasionally between 4pm-11 p.m. and when needed. About the care needs: someone with a kind heart for elderly that recently had a stroke and bedbound but trying hard to recover and can not speak at the moment. My mother his wife will be there at all times but the need for someone with skills specific to him would be ideal. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
