About the care needs: Kind, supportive, sense of humor, patience . I enjoy walking, exercise, yoga, movement video games, holistic healing modalities, gardening and crafts. My goal in this relationship is to motivate me to move more in my life to gain even more physical strength, stamina and balance. Services needed include someone to help me to stay active. This could be a once or twice a week happening for maybe 2-3 hours depending upon whatever is decided.
