We need hands-on care to take care of my 93-year-old father in Fremont. He has late stage dementia. My 88-year-old mother and I have been caring for him. I have physical disabilities that limit what I can do. We just need some help in either daytime or evening hours. My mom needs a few uninterrupted nights sleep. Maybe you can spend a few nights a week just to make sure he doesn't get out of bed and wander. He uses a walker. We need help with bathing, grooming, changing clothes, wet diaper and bedding. He does bowel movements on the toilet. He can still eat and drink on his own. We may need some help preparing simple meals. I manage his medication supply, but we need someone who can help my mom administer his pills. Caregiver should be physically strong, have a gentle touch, be experienced with dementia, and be a non-smoker.
