About who needs care: My 86-year-old mom primarily watched television, interacts with her friend when he visits her. She likes to play cards. Her days would be simply having breakfast, watch TV. Have lunch (if she's hungry) watch more TV and then have dinner watch more TV. May want a snack before bed. The only deviation from this routine before she became so incapacitated is that she would drive herself to the store to get groceries or medication refills. About the care needs: My mom is nice if people are very nice to her but if they're not, she will let them know without hesitation. She might be a bit controlling or demanding since it's her house and she's lived alone for years. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
