Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Forest Knolls

About who needs care: My other is bedridden. Can sit up but not stand up. She is healthy but deeply exhausted. Mind clear. I am looking for a 4 hour window on weekends to replenish myself and spend time with my hubby. About the care needs: I kind person who would not mind a little cooking or cleaning while here. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
