Seeking Senior Care Provider In Fontana

I need a senior care provider with experience for my 90-year-old grandmother diagnosed with dementia. She speaks no English so being fluent in Spanish is a requirement!!!! We are looking for someone to help with the following: light housekeeping (mainly helping her clean up any messes she makes/cleaning the kitchen after cooking), help prepare meals and get her set up with her meal (making sure she sits down, eats, and doesn't forget to take her medications), and helping with bathing occasionally. Along with that, we're looking for a caring and compassionate companion to keep her company while my mom is at work. We might ask you to run errands now and then.
