Our family needs a caregiver to help my wife in her 60s. She is in good health and has a sunny disposition. However, following a bone marrow transplant, she's had balance issues and therefore spends most of her time in a wheelchair watching television. The job is quite easy, consisting of helping her to the toilet, and bringing her an occasional cup of coffee or lunch. However, since my own work schedule varies, our caregiver must have flexible hours. We require help roughly eight hours a day, about five days a week. Days and show times vary every week. Some days would be mostly mornings, some would be afternoons, others would be evenings.
