Seeking someone to transport Senior Adult with dementia to Day Program on Monday and Wednesdays. If not able to do both will consider if can do morning or afternoon. Start time approx 0830 - 1030 and pick up in the afternoon 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Help with meal prep and getting ready for the day. When home at the end of the day some meal prep/heat.
