Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Elk Grove

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother who is 90. You will need to give medication (pills and eyedrops) and make sure it is taken at the correct time. She needs help with tidying up, garbage disposal and laundry. She also needs assistance bathing 3 times per week. We prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She doesn't need help with meals - she lives in an Independent Senior apartment that provides food. Our father lives with her and can take care of himself. She has mild cognitive impairment and can be forgetful. She likes to go for a walk or play the piano in the common area. Some of this job is just companionship to get her to activities or take her on a short walk (she has a walker). She is currently recovering from hip replacement surgery, so will only take short walks. Assistance with her exercises would be helpful.
