My mom is 91 and bedridden and uncomfortable a lot with her bed and pillow. I need someone that will listen and really attend to her regarding the pillow and bed but also be there however she may need it. She has two small dogs that are her world so have to get along well with them. She may get up to the bedside commode so will provide training on that. I mainly need an easy going woman that is attentive and a team player. The Saturday overnight is every other weekend. Would also love someone that is flexible to work more hours we needed
