Transportation, Errands And Housekeeping For 82 Yr Old

My dad had a heart attack and open-heart surgery 6 weeks ago. Until then he was living independently, cooking, grocery shopping, and driving himself to dialysis 3x/week. But now he needs some support in these tasks. He can walk around and transfer independently, but lifting, driving, etc are too difficult. Ideally looking for a caregiver to drive him to dialysis 3x/week (your car or his). While he's had dialysis you would do his grocery shopping/food prep/clean the house and then go pick him up and take him home. May have some flexibility in hours/days for the right candidate.
