Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In El Dorado Hills

I'm looking for care assistance with my 89-year-old dad and my 84-year-old mom. My father had a girdle stone procedure due to an advanced infection last year, so he only has one hip. He can slide transfer from his wheelchair to the furniture, bed, and commode with assistance. We've had full-time caregiving through an agency in our home for the last year, but now we're reducing his caregiver hours to reflect the smaller set of needs we have for his care. We're looking for someone who can work for a couple of hours at night, assisting in getting my father ready for bed (toileting, changing clothes, swinging his legs to the bed). We'd also like them to do dinner dishes and close the kitchen (wipe counters, take out trash) for my mom.
