Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In El Cajon

I'm looking for hands-on care for my wife in her 60s. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My wife recently became bedridden and is incontinent. Will require changing her position in bed and changing clothes and diapers. She is a very good patient but cannot help with cleaning and dressing with her left arm and leg.
