Part-Time In Home, Hands-on Care For Father In His 80's, College Degree Preferred

I'm looking for part-time hands-on care for my father in his 80s. He is starting to display some memory loss and has most difficulty with hygiene due to decreased mobility (age related). Most work will entail hygiene management (bathing/grooming, changing into clean clothes), and meal prep. Other tasks may include light assistance with mobility as well as transportation to/from appointments. Some light tidying up could be involved along with an occasional errand. Qualifications: - college degree - non smoker (non-negotiable) - has their own transportation (non-negotiable) Skills/Characterisitics - patient, compassionate - organized (for medication management)
