Seeking Senior Care Provider (every Other Day For 1-2 Hours)

I am seeking every-other-day help for my parents-in-law, who could use some help with meal prep and light cleaning/organization daily or every other day. They're retired academics who recently moved to Davis. They have two dogs, so the provider must be someone who is comfortable with large dogs. Must be someone local to Davis and have their own transportation. Services needed include meal preparation, errands/shopping, and light housekeeping.
