About who needs care: Afib, recent stroke, weak left side, flaccid left arm, heavy left leg, difficult walking. He was going to the gym 7 days a week before this in the morning. Would go hiking, driving, work on projects around the house, managed his own yard. Was very independent before this. Gym in the morning, breakfast, project of the day around the house, lunch, nap, go to work, dinner, come home watch a movie and go to bed Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
