About who needs care: Has sciatica issues and a spinal compression fracture so her back is her immediate issue. She has very little muscle and is in pain a lot. She needs help sometimes. Her ideal day is watching TV and dozing off. About the care needs: Someone very patient, but also firm. Someone who can understand that she would prefer to do nothing for herself and have you do everything, but she is capable of doing a lot of things on her own when you're not looking. Someone who might cajole her into stretching, which might hurt now, but will feel better in the long run. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
