Part Time Companion Care For Dad

Looking for someone PART TIME to support my dad, who is in early to middle stage of Alzheimer's. I put all those hours because schedule has flexibility; but only currently looking for 10-14 hours per week, 4-5 days per week. I will also consider hiring two different people for even smaller jobs, if that works out better: like one for 2 days and one person for the other 3. Tasks will include light housekeeping and pet care, companionship and engaging him in conversation and activities, taking him on short hikes. Wanting to provide some consistency of schedule, ideally around the same time each day, (for instance, 4-6/7 each day, or 2-4/5pm). Looking for the right person/s to work it out with. Offering $25/hour. I do hope to find someone with some experience with dementia/Alzheimer's. Thank you for your interest and best to you all.
